About the Role

This Resident Engagement Specialist position at Bupa Global is designed to bring joy and engagement to our residents through creative events and activities. As part of our team, you'll work closely with care staff and external partners to plan memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute engaging morning and afternoon sessions that cater to diverse resident needs.
  2. Develop relationships with external providers to secure exciting outings and events.
  3. Create personalized one-to-one session plans using various tools and activities.
  4. Contribute to maintaining a strong online presence through social media.
