We are looking for a skilled Activity and Events Manager to lead our care home's activity programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and be part of a dedicated team who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support.You will be responsible for planning and delivering a diverse range of activities that cater to the interests and needs of our residents, including arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, and more. You will also liaise with external providers to arrange events and outings, ensuring our residents have access to a wide range of experiences.
Requirements:- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and support to residents.
- Competitive hourly rate: £80 per hour, depending on experience.
