Stratford-upon-Avon Activity Development Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging activity programmes for residents, incorporating their preferences and abilities.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and care staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate events, excursions, and activities, both within and outside the care home.
  • Monitor and evaluate activity participation, gathering feedback to inform future programming.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting.
