Child and Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate support worker to join our team in Wisbech. The successful candidate will provide essential care and support to young people with mental health challenges, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Accountabilities- Establish and maintain effective relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to young people, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
- Collaborate with the child’s treatment plan, ensuring that their needs are met and goals are achieved.
- Document and record significant features of the child’s behaviour, including observations and insights.
- Ensure the child’s rights are respected and their dignity is maintained at all times.
- Day shift (8am-8:30pm) or night shift (8pm-8:30am)
- Driving Licence required
- Relevant qualifications and experience in childcare or a related field.
- An Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practices.
- A reference check will also be carried out.
- Pay: £11.17 per hour
