Role Overview:

I C Talent Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

This role involves working closely with teachers, support staff, and the student body to provide individualized attention and facilitate learning environments that cater to diverse needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a child-centred approach, be conscientious and experienced in working with SEND students, and have developed consistent approaches to challenging behaviour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEND in a variety of settings, including classrooms and one-on-one sessions.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored educational plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery to ensure inclusive learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of six months' experience working in UK schools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with SEND students and their families.
