SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, based on national averages and industry standards.
Job DescriptionRole OverviewThis is a part-time role for a freelancer, working 2 days per week from our central London office (Monday and Thursday).
The Circulation Manager will report to the Subscriptions Marketing Manager and will lead the planning and daily operations of distributing Digital Frontier's print magazine.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the distribution of our magazine at prominent industry locations outside of regular stockists, such as reception areas in technology hubs.
- Serve as the primary in-house contact for magazine delivery fulfilment, coordinating directly with our distributor.
- Partner with the marketing, events, and commercial teams to implement promotional projects that enhance the magazine's visibility.
- Drive magazine marketing initiatives and growth strategies.
- Grow magazine sales through enhanced distribution and targeted marketing tactics.
- Provide insights and guidance to the sales team to support advertising sales opportunities for the magazine.
- You bring more than 5 years of experience in circulation management, ideally within an independent or small publishing environment.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of print magazine distribution across subscription-based and retail channels.
- You're analytically minded with the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
- You have experience in budget management and cost optimisation.
- You're talented at negotiation and relationship-building.
- You have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft tools.
