About the Programme Support Officer Role

The Programme Support Officer at Muslim Aid UK plays a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our International Programmes team. Reporting directly to the Global Programmes Manager, this position requires the ability to work with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality programme management services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead on compiling programme data from Country Offices for quarterly and annual reports.
  • Produce regular content from successful programmes for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide programme and administrative assistance to other regions as required.
  • Maintain and update the Status report file with relevant documents.
  • Draft and circulate meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take notes, circulating minutes and papers to the department.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Programme Support/administrative role.
  • Experience working with budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
