Governance Administrator

Job Title: Governance Administrator
Williams Lea Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Governance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Investment Committee and Investment Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare for Investment Committee and Investment Team meetings, including setting up meeting folders, circulating agendas and papers, and ensuring quorum.
- Manage the schedule of Progress Reports (PRs) due to the Investment Committee, ensuring timely submission and filing of reports.
- Coordinate Exit and Liquidity Sessions (ELS), including assigning minute takers and circulating papers.
- Support the coordination of Initial Appraisal (IA) / Final Approval (FA) / Interim Update meetings, including finding suitable times in diaries and circulating agendas and papers.
- Maintain the abort fee schedule and oversee spending schedule governance.
- Coordinate the Business Academy, including ensuring trainers are prepared and materials are shared.
Requirements:
- Experience in a professional services administrative or personal assistant role.
- Experience working in a legal or financial services environment.
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage and prioritize workloads.
- Adept interpersonal skills and commitment to excellent client service.
- Advanced MS Office skills and ability to operate in a dynamic, pressured environment.
