Job Summary:
The successful candidate will assist the Director of Governance & Legal Services, Head of Governance and the Senior Governance Manager in a prominent role. This includes ensuring the group has governance and regulatory compliance arrangements in place to support effective direction and control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience of acting in a senior governance role in a medium-sized or large organisation.
- Providing complex governance and regulatory advice to Board members and Executives.
- Managing reviews of governance arrangements, policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including registers and records.
- Compiling and submitting regulatory returns.
Requirements:
- Chartered Secretary (Associate or Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute).
- Experience with company secretarial / governance in a social housing provider.
Working with Us
We build and manage homes and provide housing services for around 140,000 customers nationwide. Any profit we make is re-invested in new and existing homes and improving services.
Salary Estimate:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
