We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the team of Think Recruitment in Morpeth.

Job Overview

This is a temporary position that offers a competitive rate and a hybrid working model. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to managers in employee relations matters, including dispute resolution, disciplinaries, grievances, dignity at work, performance management, absence management, and change initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Employee Relations Support: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, casework, and dispute resolution.
  2. Policies and Procedures: Develop and review people policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect the latest legislative changes.
  3. Culture Projects: Contribute to People and Culture Projects that support the delivery of BEST New Ways of Working and Service Improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel to different locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take their career to the next level.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR officer, HR administrator, ER, Employee relations, HR assistant, or People advisor role.
  • Ability to travel to different locations.
  • HR diploma, CIPD qualification, or equivalent.
