Compliance and Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Professional to join our team based in Inverness. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering safety workshops and training sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver engaging safety workshops and training sessions
- Address workforce safety concerns with practical solutions
- Conduct day-to-day HSEQ activities
- Evaluate and improve safety programs
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
- Proven experience in safety coaching or education
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, risk assessment, and regulations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in using multimedia tools for presentations
- Valid driver's license required
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per year
