About the Job

The HSEQS Advisor will be responsible for supporting the business in achieving its HSEQS strategy and driving compliance with the highest standards of safety, health, environment, quality, and security throughout the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage risks: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the company's operations.
  • Provide training: Provide training and education to employees on HSEQ and security matters.

You will have:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Effective training and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate across the business
  • Experience in 'High Hazard' Industry
  • NEBOSH qualified, or equivalent
  • Fire Risk Assessor certificate is desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO and quality management
  • Experience in bulk fuels storage, transport, marine bunker operation are desirable
  • Experience with COMAH and DSEAR regulations is desirable
  • Experience with petrochemicals industry is desirable
  • Security and crisis management experience is desirable
