Offshore Safety Advisor

As an Offshore Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for providing proactive safety advice and guidance to stakeholders on large capital projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement the Safety Management System.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor CDM compliance and engage with contract partners.
  • Develop and review safety-related documentation, including risk assessments and safety inspections.
  • Participate in incident investigations, performance analysis, and safety campaigns.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in safety on large construction projects, preferably with a NEBOSH Diploma.
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and its application.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to drive cross-business collaboration.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively and influence change.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence is essential for travel requirements.
