Job Overview
As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our garage in Inverness. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team of mechanics to deliver high-quality service to our customers.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent results and has experience in a supervisory role within a workshop environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies.

The successful candidate will have relevant mechanical or engineering qualifications, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. A competitive salary is available, ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
