About The Job:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic hotel management company as a Housekeeping Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and cleanliness to our guests.

As a key member of our operations team, you will assist in the day-to-day management of the Housekeeping Department, supervise housekeeping staff, conduct regular inspections to ensure health and safety compliance, manage inventory, and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure health and safety compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory and optimize cleaning supplies and equipment procurement to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Operations Knowledge: Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning products to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Service Delivery: Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling purposes to support departmental operations.
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development within The Reach.
