Senior Account Manager for Insurance Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our Insurance Business Development practice, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance business development, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale accounts and developing new business opportunities. They will be highly skilled in negotiation, account management, and relationship building, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, identify new business opportunities, and optimize revenue streams.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance business development, preferably in a leadership or senior management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, account management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Collaborative approach, with a willingness to work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
