Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a diligent Legal Administrator to join our dynamic Private Wealth team at Moore Barlow LLP. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills and contribute to the success of a growing law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent secretarial and administrative services, supporting the Private Wealth department's activities
* Ensure accurate and efficient handling of photocopying, scanning, and post management
* Develop strong communication skills, responding promptly to telephone inquiries and taking precise messages
* Update fee earner diaries and maintain organized records, guaranteeing seamless workflow
* Implement efficient systems, including file opening and closure, to enhance team productivity
Your Skills and Qualifications:
A successful candidate will possess a combination of technical skills and personal qualities. Relevant work or academic experience within the Private Wealth sector would be beneficial, while enthusiasm for the field and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are equally valued.
