Dovetail Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in the health and beauty industry.
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience in finance/accounts, with a high level of numeracy skills and minimum 5 GCSEs to include Maths & English to Level 4 or above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support with accounts payable and receivable, data entry and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate records and files, and perform other general administration duties
- Assist with each stage of the sales order process, credit control and liaising with clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills and experience in Sage would be a bonus
- AAT qualification or similar would be a bonus but not essential
Benefits:
- Salary circa £28-30,000 PA, depending on experience
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- Free parking on-site
- Part-time OR Full-time
