Financial Operations Role in Lymington

Dovetail Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in the health and beauty industry.


About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience in finance/accounts, with a high level of numeracy skills and minimum 5 GCSEs to include Maths & English to Level 4 or above.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support with accounts payable and receivable, data entry and responding to emails
  2. Maintain accurate records and files, and perform other general administration duties
  3. Assist with each stage of the sales order process, credit control and liaising with clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Excel skills and experience in Sage would be a bonus
  • AAT qualification or similar would be a bonus but not essential

Benefits:
  • Salary circa £28-30,000 PA, depending on experience
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Free parking on-site
  • Part-time OR Full-time
