About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our team in Lymington. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing export sales orders, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enter sales orders onto the MRP system and issue order acknowledgements to customers
  • Preparation and issuance of quotations to customers
  • Ensuring compliance with national and international shipping and export regulations
  • Preparing documents, including all export documents
  • Supporting Despatch to streamline processes
  • Identifying and implementing cost efficiencies in existing processes
  • Order Chasing: Managing export sales orders, including documentation and shipping logistics
  • Coordinating Export logistics from customer inquiry to final delivery
  • Reviewing paperwork for accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing export administration and the expertise to provide cost efficiencies and streamline processes. This is a varied role that requires flexibility and the ability to take on tasks outside of immediate responsibilities.
