Administrative Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:
The Logistics Administrator will play a key role in managing export sales orders, coordinating export logistics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage export sales orders from receipt to delivery
- Liaise with Sales, Despatch, Production, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless order processing and shipping
- Prepare and issue quotations to customers
- Ensure compliance with national and international shipping and export regulations
- Create all export documents
- Support Despatch to streamline processes
- Identify and implement cost efficiencies in existing processes
- Coordinate Export logistics from customer inquiry to final delivery
- Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries
- Manage stock of demonstration products
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing export administration and the expertise to provide cost efficiencies and streamline processes. This is a varied role that requires flexibility and the ability to take on tasks outside of immediate responsibilities.
