Key Responsibilities:

The Logistics Administrator will play a key role in managing export sales orders, coordinating export logistics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage export sales orders from receipt to delivery
  • Liaise with Sales, Despatch, Production, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless order processing and shipping
  • Prepare and issue quotations to customers
  • Ensure compliance with national and international shipping and export regulations
  • Create all export documents
  • Support Despatch to streamline processes
  • Identify and implement cost efficiencies in existing processes
  • Coordinate Export logistics from customer inquiry to final delivery
  • Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries
  • Manage stock of demonstration products

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing export administration and the expertise to provide cost efficiencies and streamline processes. This is a varied role that requires flexibility and the ability to take on tasks outside of immediate responsibilities.
