Salary and Benefits

Your salary will be in the range of £22,000 to £31,500 per year, with uncapped commission targets and capped bonuses up to £5,400. You will also enjoy a minimum on-target earnings of £30,125+ per year, making this a highly rewarding career opportunity. About the Role

As a Property Management Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure they meet regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals, as well as coordinating maintenance and repair issues with contractors.
  • Managing complaints, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring all check-in and check-out procedures are completed thoroughly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Previous experience in a property management or lettings administration role, or customer-facing and administrative roles if no prior property management history.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, good telephone manner, and IT skills.
