Job Description:

The Customer Service Officer is a key member of the Comhairle nan Eilean Siar team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the community. The successful candidate will be based at Faire and will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on Comhairle services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide information on Comhairle services and policies
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve customer service goals

Requirements:

  • Standard Grade English and Mathematics or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • IT literacy and digital skills
