As a Housing Officer with South Lanarkshire Council, you will play a vital role in delivering a wide range of housing services to our customers. This includes working with customers to resolve housing-related issues, providing advice and support, and ensuring that our services are delivered in a fair and equitable manner.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing housing advice and support to customers
  • Working with customers to resolve housing-related issues

  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve our goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external agencies. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
