Network Open is seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Assistant to join our team in the West Midlands area. As a Qualified Hearing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting patients in their homes to carry out fittings and aftercare, following a clinical test and dispense by an Audiologist/HAD.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Fitting appointments, including Real Ear Measurements
- Rehabilitation appointments for patients experiencing difficulties
- Service appointments to recognize basic hearing aid faults
- Initial introductions and case history
- Maintenance of hearing instruments
- Assist in training other staff
