Job Overview:
Serenity Specialist Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for our residential children's home. In this role, you will support the Registered Manager in daily operations, ensuring high-quality care for young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties and learning disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and create and implement care plans.
- Supervise staff and maintain compliance with Children's Home Regulations.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements:
Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential children's home and hold a Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
