We are seeking a highly skilled Domiciliary Care Specialist to join our team at ExtraCare. As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and well-being. Your passion for delivering a quality care service will be essential in ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care, including physical, personal care, and support with social activities
- Promote and support the physical, emotional, and well-being of residents
- Encourage independence and self-belief
Requirements:
- Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification
- Be personable, an effective communicator, and a team player
- Be flexible with hours
