Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at P3 Charity. In this role, you will be working with adults who face social exclusion, providing them with the support they need to live independently.
The successful candidate will have experience in mental health care and possess excellent communication skills. They will be proactive, positive, approachable, and non-judgmental, with a good sense of humor and the ability to make safe and effective decisions under pressure.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as enhanced annual leave entitlement, commitment to mental health and wellbeing, and access to training and development opportunities.
