About the Opportunity:
Waddington Brown are seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a challenging project as Interim People Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the client's management team to drive organisational change and implement new HR systems. As a key member of the client's team, you will be responsible for leading a small team, reviewing job descriptions, managing expectations, and implementing a new grading structure to ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting top talent.
