Job Title: Charity Account Director

Bluestep Solutions Limited is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Charity Account Director to join our Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the Charity sector, leading and inspiring our Charity Account Management team, and developing strong relationships with our Charity partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the Charity Account Management team to achieve business growth targets.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate the growth of Bluestep as a business and industry player.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Charity partners, understanding their needs and providing expert knowledge of our portfolio of services.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Director and Marketing team to ensure sales support is directed in the right areas at the right times.
  • Manage budgets and develop reporting tools to keep the team and management abreast of performance.
  • Drive change on industry trends, offering solutions to clients and management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Senior roles within a merchandise and design agency or similar environment.
  • Experience working with Not-for-profit organisations or in-house roles, including Senior Fundraising Manager/Director.
  • Natural leadership and inspirational skills, superb teamwork skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong commercial acumen.
What We Offer:
  • One day of remote working each week (increases to two days after 6 months probation).
  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • NEST Pension scheme (Bluestep contribution of 5%).
  • 29 days of Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays.
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay (upon completion of 2 years' employment).
