We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at our partnership school.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for graduates looking to gain valuable experience in a special needs setting and develop their skills in supporting students with complex needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to provide individualized support to students, helping them to achieve their educational and personal goals.

  • Support students with complex medical needs and sensory/physical impairments
  • Help young people with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and associated difficulties achieve their educational and personal goals
  • Develop a greater understanding of Special Education issues; the values of our client school, and demonstrate these in all aspects of the role

Key Requirements:
  • Educated to at least level 2 (or equivalent) Maths and English
  • Able to understand and deliver effective education and support in line with identified needs
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in relation to our students' communication needs
  • Passionate and show compassion for children and young people with additional needs
Salary and Benefits:

£10.00 per hour - depending on experience and qualifications. This role also offers a range of benefits, including fully funded training and qualifications, life assurance, pension plan, and more.
