About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic Mortgage Collections Specialist to join our team at Coventry Building Society. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our members who are facing difficulties with their mortgage payments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Agreeing affordable payment plans with customers and regularly reviewing existing payment agreements
  • Providing clear, accurate information in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Building relationships with our members and understanding their individual needs
  • Working with professional third parties, such as solicitors and debt counsellors
  • Managing your own workload and diary, with autonomy and flexibility

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need recent high-level customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations. You'll also need to be a team player, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
