About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our Mortgage Specialist team as a Mortgage Collections Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members who are facing difficulties with their mortgage payments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Agreeing affordable payment plans with customers and regularly reviewing existing payment agreements
  • Working with professional third parties, such as solicitors and debt counsellors, to find resolutions for our customers
  • Building relationships with our members and understanding their individual needs
  • Providing clear, accurate information in a friendly and professional manner

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need recent high-level customer service experience and strong communication skills. You'll also need to be able to manage your own workload and diary, as well as handle challenging situations and complex customer enquiries.
