About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our Mortgage Specialist team. As a Mortgage Collections Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our members who are facing difficulties with their mortgage payments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Agreeing affordable payment plans with customers
  • Regularly reviewing existing payment agreements
  • Keeping up to date with policies and procedures
  • Sharing knowledge with colleagues effectively

You'll work closely with our members to understand their individual needs and provide clear, accurate information in a friendly and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for working with professional third parties, such as solicitors and debt counsellors.
