About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our Mortgage Specialist team as a Mortgage Collections Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members who are facing difficulties with their mortgage payments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Agreeing affordable payment plans with customers and regularly reviewing existing payment agreements
  • Working with professional third parties, such as solicitors and debt counsellors, to find resolutions for our customers
  • Building relationships with our members and understanding their individual needs
  • Providing clear, accurate, and friendly information to customers in a professional and efficient manner

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need recent high-level customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations. You'll also need to be a strong, empathetic communicator with the confidence to hold sensitive conversations.
