Project Overview

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high-end retail development projects at Bicester Village, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage small to medium-sized development projects, including brand, customer, and staff-facing initiatives, as well as maintenance projects.
  • Ensure delivery of projects to an excellent standard, adhering to Value Retail policies and procedures, and government legislation.
  • Active and onsite management of project delivery, in accordance with the brief and scope.
  • Management of project programme and budget, including change management.
  • Solve problems to mitigate issues that may adversely impact the project.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Project Management and H&S desirable, or interest in obtaining relevant qualification, with a study package offered.
  • 5 years' experience in a project management role, ideally in luxury retail and/or hospitality environments.
  • Understanding and appreciation of sustainability/ESG targets within the built environment.
  • Experience in setting up projects with the required structure, including internal and external project teams, responsibilities, approvals process, meetings, and communication strategy.
