Pedestrian Safety Coordinator

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Pedestrian Safety Coordinator. As a key member of our Safer Active Journeys team, you will be responsible for delivering pedestrian training to children in primary schools across Kent.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in road safety education and experience working with children in an educational setting. They will be able to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to promote the benefits of pedestrian training.
As a Pedestrian Safety Coordinator, you will work closely with local schools to coordinate the delivery of pedestrian training schemes. You will also perform risk assessments of suitable training sites within walking distance of schools and maintain accurate records of training delivered.
The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is available on a zero-hours contract. This means you can set your own hours and days, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking for flexibility.
