About This Opportunity:

Real Life Options is seeking a Support Services Worker to join our team in Dunfermline. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support and care to individuals with varying needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care services. A driver's license and previous experience working with adults with challenging behavior are highly advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Job Details:

  • Salary: £12.00 per hour
  • Holiday entitlement: minimum 28 days per year (pro-rata for part-time staff)
  • Training opportunities: accredited training to enhance your skills and knowledge
