Support Worker for Students with SEN

beBee Professionals in Dunfermline is seeking a Support Worker for Students with SEN to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to help students access the curriculum.
- Assist in the implementation of strategies to support students with special educational needs.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
