Vulnerable Adult Care Worker

We're looking for a caring and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Dunfermline. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and autism.

The successful candidate will have excellent listening skills and be able to build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders. You will also possess a strong understanding of the importance of dignity, respect, and person-centered care.

As a Support Worker at Ark, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £23,150.16 per year pro rata, as well as access to comprehensive training and development opportunities.
