We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Homecare Support Worker. In this rewarding role, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes. Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, preparing meals, and providing emotional support and companionship to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with our clients and their families.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You will also need to possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in care or a related field, but we are happy to provide training and support to the right individual.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is approximately £24,000 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and additional income through our referral scheme. We offer a range of benefits, including guaranteed hours, enhanced bank holiday pay, holiday pay, and a pension scheme. You will also receive free PVG registration, a company mobile phone, and uniform, as well as paid mileage and access to our benefits platform, WeCare.
