Land Development Sales Professional

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a leading property business as a Sales Executive in the New Homes division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position is up to £25,000, depending on your experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with a potential bonus of up to 4% of your income. You will also receive a competitive bonus structure, including £25 per FS Sign Up paid on Exchange.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Executive in the New Homes division, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.
- Collaborating with peers across divisions and business areas to build networks and relationships while identifying opportunities for referrals.
- Taking accountability for your KPIs, income cost, and profit budgets through effective project management and organisation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Expert local market knowledge and a demonstrable track record of success within Land and New Homes.
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
