Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Data Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will have experience in land referencing and be proficient in GIS, CAD, and related software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Geo-referencing and digitizing features from CAD and paper plans into ArcGIS.
  • Managing, interpreting, and analysing land data.
  • Inputting and maintaining data within the land system.
  • Producing and ensuring the quality of legal documentation, including order plans, books of reference, notices, and schedules.
  • Allocating tasks and managing time sheets for junior team members, assisting the project manager with end-of-month invoicing.
  • A supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and related software tools.

About You

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as geography or surveying.
  • Proven experience in land referencing and GIS analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS and other spatial analysis software.
