We are looking for a talented Account Growth Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Stoke-on-Trent. As an ambitious and motivated sales professional, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key clients.

About the Job:
  • This is a challenging yet rewarding sales position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, identifies new business opportunities, and creates customized sales proposals that meet customer needs.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, meet targets, and provide exceptional service through effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Performance Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to management and adjust strategies as needed to achieve maximum results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
