We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to contribute to the success of our Enterprise team at Exertis. With a strong background in account management and a passion for cybersecurity, this role will play a key part in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Overview

The role involves working closely with our Enterprise team to oversee the end-to-end account management process. This includes collaborating with clients to develop and execute strategic plans that drive sales and deliver exceptional services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Owning and managing client relationships to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Senior Account Manager or similar role in a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity processes and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
