Facilities Administrator Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Facilities team as an Administrative Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and H&S Manager, undertaking general office and administration tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Facilities Team
- Assisting the department in sourcing products and suppliers and providing administrative support for tender issuing and management
- The effective and efficient administration of Trust vehicle fleet, including insurance, driver competency training, vehicle licence records, accidents, repairs, MOTs, vehicle breakdown cover and disposal and acquisition records
- Assisting the Facilities Manager and H&S Manager in tracking maintenance job sheets, managing motor vehicle records, and processing facilities helpdesk requests
Requirements:
- Previous experience of providing administrative support within a Facilities function
- Experience of providing support with procurement and contract management
- Strong administration background and ability to work in a dynamic and supportive environment
