About the Role:

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Facilities team as an Administrative Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and H&S Manager, undertaking general office and administration tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Facilities Team
  • Assisting the department in sourcing products and suppliers and providing administrative support for tender issuing and management
  • The effective and efficient administration of Trust vehicle fleet, including insurance, driver competency training, vehicle licence records, accidents, repairs, MOTs, vehicle breakdown cover and disposal and acquisition records
  • Assisting the Facilities Manager and H&S Manager in tracking maintenance job sheets, managing motor vehicle records, and processing facilities helpdesk requests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of providing administrative support within a Facilities function
  • Experience of providing support with procurement and contract management
  • Strong administration background and ability to work in a dynamic and supportive environment
