Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Hospital Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Quantum Pharmaceutical Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hospital accounts, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth across the region. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Proactive engagement with physicians, HCPs, Primary Care Trusts & strategic Health authorities to drive sales growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Building mutually beneficial relationships with key accounts through exceptional account management and understanding of customer needs.
- Sales Planning: Developing, forecasting, and implementing territory sales plans to define and deliver sales strategies at territory level.
- Commercial Acumen: Analyzing and recommending solutions to maximize relevant account financials, revenue, and profit.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of successful account management in an NHS environment.
- Proven ability of delivering required revenue, profit, and sales targets.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically across all accounts.
- Highly computer literate; experience operating with Microsoft Office software.
