Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Hospital Account Manager who shares our passion for making a tangible difference in healthcare. Your efforts will be vital in ensuring that our life-saving products reach patients in need, backed by exceptional support and compassion.
Responsibilities- Proactive territory management involves effectively engaging with physicians, HCPs, Primary Care Trusts & strategic Health authorities to drive business growth and expansion.
- Building mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with specific key accounts through understanding of customers and excellent account management is crucial to success.
- Acquiring, analysing and interpreting sales information across customer segments, products and services enables data-driven decision making and revenue growth.
- Developing, forecasting and implementing territory sales plans defines and delivers sales strategy at territory level, resulting in increased revenue and profit.
- Utilising commercial acumen to analyse and recommend solutions to maximise relevant account financials, revenue and profit drives business excellence.
- A proven track record of successful account management in an NHS environment is essential for this role.
- Delivering required revenue, profit and sales targets is critical to the success of this position.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically across all accounts is vital for building strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Highly computer literate, with experience operating with all Microsoft Office software, is a must for this role.
Estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
