Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students, helping them to develop essential life skills and strategies to manage their emotions and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of students with SEMH or EBD.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to build resilience and confidence.
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
