About the Role:

  • We are seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant with experience of young people with SEMH or EBD.
  • You will be supporting pupils across the secondary curriculum, on a long term basis.
  • You will be working with a Nurture group.
  • You will be promoting happiness, independence and an enjoyment of learning.
  • You will be effective in behaviour management and support.
  • You will be familiar with working in a nurture environment.
  • You will have experience with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils.

About You:

  • You will be a qualified Teaching Assistant.
  • You will have experience of young people with EBD or SEMH.
  • You will be able to hold student attention and focus with excellent communication skills.
  • You will promote happiness, independence and an enjoyment of learning.
