Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored activities to support children's learning and development. They will maintain a secure and nurturing environment where children can engage in play-based learning and foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Paediatric First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
  • An understanding of child development principles and early year's curriculum.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development.

Estimated salary: £28,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
